BASICS Scotland is a separate organisation which provides Immediate care of skilled medical attention in the pre-hospital setting. This primarily involves attending any medical emergencies that occur on our patch as part of a coordinated response with the other emergency services – primarily, of course, the Scottish Ambulance Service.
