Discount offers

From time to time we offer discount codes, unless otherwise specified discount codes will be valid until the end of the calendar year that they were issued in. Discount codes are not transferable and unless specific to educational activities do not apply to courses and events. They may not be used on publications and on products already discounted, including product bundles and those items identified as being offered as a sale item. Discount codes may only be used once and can be used only by the individual to whom the discount offer was made.

Canceling your order

You have the right to cancel your order, or any part of it, within 14 days of the receipt of your goods. If you wish to do this, please contact the office on 0300 303 1757 or by email to inform us of your intent. You should return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your intent. Your items should be returned undamaged and should include your contact details. Postage costs are your responsibility and you are strongly advised to use a track and trace return postage option. Regrettably, we cannot accept responsibility for mislaid items without proof of delivery.

Faulty goods

Whilst we try to ensure your goods are dispatched and are in a good condition, it is a fact of life, that occasionally problems do occur. Should something arrive that is damaged or a product fails please contact the office on 0300 303 1757 or by email to inform us of the issues. We reserve the right to require the faulty goods to be returned to us before we will either provide a replacement or a refund. At this stage, your postage costs to return the product to us will be refunded.

Refunds will be provided within 14 days of their receipt by us,
