We are extremly grateful to the HELP Appeal, who since 2019 have made n annual donation of £250,000 to the Association to be distributed amongst its affiliated schemes through a grant process. As a result of their generosity a number of grants new scheme vehicles have been purchased and equipped along with providing PPE and life-saving equipment to their responders.
Since mid-2020, Smarter Metering Services have been donating rapid response vehicles to a number of the Association’s affiliated schemes. Based on the Volvo XC60 each vehicle undergoes specialist conversion for its blue light role before being delivered. To date 4-vehicles have been donated with more in the pipeline.
