1. Pre-registration students only i.e. not registered on the GMC, NMC or HCPC register
2. If you prefer not to attend the BASICS Annual Dinner you may dine in the hotels main restaurant instead if you are staying in the hotel.
N.B. The dress code for the BASICS Annual Dinner is black tie and miniature decorations or lounge suit.
3. Please inform the Office of any special dietary requirements
Amendments to your booking:
We will do our best to accommodate any amendments to your booking, however as you will understand there may be a small charge from the hotel. If this is the case we will notify you of what that charge is before actioning the amendment.
We are really looking forward to seeing you at the conference. However, sometimes things happen and you need to change your plans. As you will appreciate organising a conference does require us to enter into some contractual obligations to the hotel. With this in mind we have the following cancellation policy and charges:
Day delegate cancellation (incl the BASICS ANNUAL Dinner if booked)
Before 24th September: 10% of your booking
After 24th September: 100% unless we can resell your reservation.
10% charged if we can resell your reservation in full.
Before 6th August: 10% of your booking
6th Aug – 3rd Sep : 25% of your booking
After 3rd September: 100% of your booking
