BASICS Insights: Leadership Lessons for the Pre-Hospital Care Environment
We are delighted to hear from Paul Gates, our previous Chair of the Board at BASICS, on the topic of leadership lessons for the pre-hospital environment. Working within pre-hosptial care is about much more than knowing what medically needs to happen, it's also about knowing how to work with and lead other teams, make decisions in choatic and emotionally charged environments and bring a sense of calm.
The workshop will consist of a short talk followed by a time for Q&A.
