The bylaws are an important part of the overall governance of the Association. They provide the operational detail to Articles of Association to which the Board are held accountable by Companies House and the Charity Commission.

Available on our website, the bylaws define our membership grades, accreditation and the processes for scheme accreditation alongside the practicalities of recruiting and training trustees, the use of our logo and outlining the workings of our meetings and committees.
