MAGPAS at Doddington RTC
The MAGPAS team are, as this is pulished treating a woman who was involved in a single vehicle RTC on the Benwick Road in Doddington (between Chatteris and March) this morning. The car rolled into a field and was impaled by a fence. When the MAGPAS team (Dr Ben Teasdale, Dr Fiona Bowles and Volunteer Paramedic Dan Cody) arrived at just before 10am, the woman was trapped. The team have worked alongside the emergency services to get her out of the car. She has suffered serious chest and arm injuries, the Magpas team have sedated her and they are now travelling to the hospital by road ambulance.
