Man trampled by horses

Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Darren Reid, Volunteer Paramedic Ryan Warwick and Transfer Technician Zoe Coll) were called out to Earith this morning, after reports of a man being trampled by horses. They arrived promptly at a field in the area, at 8:20am.

A man (in his 30’s) suffered serious leg injuries, the Magpas team sedated him and administered advanced pain killers. The patient was then accompanied by the Helimedix, to Hinchingbrooke Hospital, in a Land Ambulance. His condition is not critical at this time.

An EEAST Ambulance Crew was also on the scene, they worked brilliantly alongside the Magpas Team.
