Fatal collision in South Lincolnshire

At little before ten o’clock in the evening of Saturday 2nd June a three car RTC occurred on the B6121 near Toft in South Lincolnshire.  LIVES nurse and BASICS Honorary Education Facilitator,

Tim Nuttall was responded to the scene along with crews and rapid response vehicles from East Midlands Ambulance Service and Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service.  One patient with potentially life threatening injuries had to be cut from his car by the Fire Service and was transported to Peterborough Hospital.  The driver of a second car was unfortunately pronounced dead on scene whist the front seat passenger who had had got himself out of the vehicle was also taken to Peterborough Hospital with serious injuries.  The driver and two passengers from the third vehicle sustained only minor injuries and were discharged from the scene.
